- Library reels start at ₹399 each. The price is shown on every clip. You pay once and download instantly — no recurring fees.
- Do library reels come with usage rights?
- Yes. Every library purchase includes full commercial rights to run the reel as an ad or organic post across your channels. Library reels are non-exclusive (shared); exclusive reels are marked separately.
- How fast can I download?
- Instantly. Once your wallet is topped up, buying a library reel deducts credits and unlocks the download immediately from your dashboard.
- How do custom orders work?
- Pick a verified creator, send your product and a short brief, and they shoot an exclusive reel for you. Custom orders start at ₹799/reel with a typical 2–4 day delivery and one free revision.
- Are custom reels exclusive to me?
- Yes. Custom UGC is exclusive — once delivered, that reel is yours and is never resold to anyone else.
- Do I need to ship my product to the creator?
- For most categories, yes — you ship the product and the creator films an authentic first-impression reaction. Digital products can be shared as access links.
